She asked why you stopped making updates? There’s a lot more to add
In addition, if I were you, I would fulfill the “dream” you talk about and one of your repos in Git
Hi @zvielkoren, I mostly stopped updates because I don’t use boringproxy much myself anymore. I’m working on a replacement that will bring many improvements, but progress has been slow.
information and would like to help advance as quickly as possible, it can help me learn how these systems work
I’m also a believer in your vision. How can I support you so that you can continue?
Sorry for the delay. Had a very busy but good last few months!
The boringproxy replacement is currently my primary side project, since I moved and my home internet is now behind a NAT with no public IP. It’s coming along quickly. Best way to support my open source work is Patreon: Anders Pitman | creating tools to make self-hosting accessible to everyone | Patreon
I am really interested in this new version that you have coming out. I moved house recently and just set up a CF Tunnel because it was the easiest option at the time. But I then started researching and came across your boringtunnel.
If you have a buymeacoffee I’d love to put in some one time donations when I have the spare cash to support these projects I am just not a fan of subscriptions. Also might be nice for those who just want to say thanks and bits like that. Also their platform is cosy.
